Comfort Suites Hotel and Conference Centre, Mississauga, Ontario

VIRTUAL provided project management support directly to the owner from the concept straight through to the construction phase. During our consultation project management work we were able to maximize on the design by increasing the hotel from an original 4-storey Comfort Inn design to a 6-storey Comfort Suites Hotel. It includes 102 suites, restaurants, swimming pool and banquet conference centre. Its total area is 110,000 square feet. VIRTUAL provided the full Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering design for the hotel as well as consultation and negotiation with municipality building departments for permitting.
